Hrithik Roshan to join ‘The Lord Of The Rings: The Rings of Power – Season 2’ cast?

Speculation is mounting over the possibility of Hrithik Roshan joining the cast of ‘The Lord Of The Rings: The Rings Of Power Season 2’.

The show’s showrunner, JD Payne, recently addressed these rumours during an interaction with Pinkvilla, hinting that Indian talent may indeed be featured in the upcoming season.

Payne confirmed the inclusion of Indian actors in the new season, mentioning Gavi Singh Chera, who plays Merrimac in the show. “We actually did cast Indian actors in season 2… Gavi Singh Chera is absolutely amazing. He’s in a couple of episodes… That’d be very cool,” Payne said.

Adding fuel to the rumours, Payne shared a memorable experience from his visit to Mumbai, where he met Hrithik Roshan. “He was phenomenal. So the door would be open if the right role came along… Opportunities are there,” he remarked, leaving fans excited about the potential casting.

The eagerly awaited second season of ‘The Lord Of The Rings: The Rings Of Power’ is set to premiere on Prime Video on 29th August 2024.
