Box Office: ‘Bad Newz’ opens up well in India

Dharma Productions’ latest release, ‘Bad Newz’, has made a promising debut at the Indian box office.

The film’s song “Tauba Tauba,” featuring Karan Aujla and lead actor Vicky Kaushal, has become a viral sensation. Reports indicate that while the film experienced a lukewarm response initially, it saw a significant surge in advance bookings on the final day, accounting for nearly 65% of its total pre-sales. This late boost is expected to be driven largely by major cinema chains, owing to the film’s urban appeal.

The film is projected to earn over 7 crore nett on its opening day, setting a solid foundation for its box office performance.
