Box Office: ‘Animal’ takes an extraordinary start in India

Ranbir Kapoor’s much talked about latest film ‘Animal’ has taken an extraordinary start at the box office in India.

The thriller was expected to take a huge start due to the advanced bookings but single screens have also opened up well, where there is no advance reporting.

‘Animal’ has opened up well in all circuits, even cities in Punjab. East India was a little weaker but numbers are expected to do be good overall.

The film has also done well in South India in both Hindi and Telugu languages, mainly owing to the director, Sandeep Reddy Vanga.
