Title change of ‘Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali’ scrapped?

It seems that Salman Khan was looking to rename upcoming movie ‘Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali’ to ‘Bhaijaan’ but this decision has apparently been scrapped for now.

Khan is thought to have been convinced by those close to him not to change the title as it could mean pleasing only some of the population of his fans and well-wishers. A source told Bollywood Hungama, “The film is about the one-ness of all Indians, irrespective of caste or culture. To call the film a culture-specific title seems incongruous. The film was originally called Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali, and that’s the title that Salman is likely to adhere to”.

There was also a worry that the title of ‘Bhaijaan’ may be confused with ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’, the second instalment of which is being worked on as we speak.

Keep it with for more.
