Shilpa Shetty to police: “‘Erotica’ is not ‘porn’, my husband is innocent”

Shilpa Shetty has reportedly defended her husband, Raj Kundra in the ongoing alleged pornography case.

The actress is said to have told the police that she was unaware of the exact nature of content on the mobile app, ‘Hotshots’. Kundra has been accused of streaming adult content. His brother-in-law from London, Pradeep Bakshi, is also the second accused in the case.

NDTV reports that Shetty’s statement was recorded on Friday, in which she stressed the difference between “erotica” and “pornography”. She said Kundra was not involved in producing any porn content.

Kundra has been sent to police custody until Tuesday 27th July. Police said that they have seized 48 TB worth of images and videos, mostly of adult content.
