Renowned ‘Baahubali’ actor Sathyaraj is reportedly being considered for the role of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi in a new biopic. Although the makers have not yet confirmed these developments, the speculation has generated significant excitement among fans and the film industry alike.
This potential casting marks a significant choice, as Sathyaraj is celebrated for his powerful performances, most notably as ‘Kattappa’ in the ‘Baahubali’ series. His portrayal of Modi could bring a fresh perspective to the Prime Minister’s life story.
This is not the first time PM Modi’s life has been dramatised for the screen. In 2019, a biographical drama titled ‘PM Narendra Modi’ starred Vivek Oberoi in the titular role and was directed by Omung Kumar. The film explored Modi’s journey from his early days to his tenure as the Prime Minister of India.
