Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has taken heightened security measures by installing bulletproof window panes at his residence in Mumbai.
In videos circulating online, workers can be seen fitting the panes at the spot where Khan traditionally greets fans during Eid celebrations. The enhanced security is reportedly in response to past incidents and ahead of the release of his highly anticipated film Sikandar, slated for an Eid launch.
The move comes after a serious incident on 14th April 2024, when two individuals, Vicky Gupta and Sagar Pal, allegedly fired four rounds outside Galaxy Apartments before fleeing the scene. The incident has prompted a significant upgrade in Khan’s security arrangements.
