Television star Ravi Dubey has officially been confirmed to portray Lakshman in Nitesh Tiwari’s epic mythological film ‘Ramayana’, alongside Ranbir Kapoor.
In an interview with Connect Cine, Ravi revealed that he had sought permission from the filmmakers before making the announcement. He shared, “I am playing Lakshman in the film. I finally have permission from the makers to reveal this. I didn’t talk about it all this while because I didn’t want to give irresponsible statements and spoil Namit (Malhotra) and Nitesh sir’s plans to reveal the cast.”
The film releases in 2026.
