Raj Kundra, the husband of Shilpa Shetty Kundra has been refused bail in the ongoing pornography case.
Raj, along with his aide, Ryan Thorpe were denied by Mumbai court in a case related to alleged production and distribution of adult content.
Raj’s lawyer questioned the basis on the which the police was arguing and asked, “Is the accused a terrorist?” The government lawyer responded with “Digital evidence in the case has been destroyed”.
On Tuesday, Raj was sent to judicial custody for two weeks at Mumbai’s Arthur Road Jail.
