Pritish Nandy
Veteran filmmaker, journalist, poet, and writer Pritish Nandy passed away on Thursday at the age of 73.
The news of his demise was confirmed by his son, filmmaker Kushan Nandy. The cause of death has not yet been disclosed.
Actor Hrithik Roshan expressed his grief on X (formerly Twitter), sharing a heartfelt tribute. “Deeply shocked and saddened at the passing away of a man I respected and adored so much,” he wrote.
Hrithik also expressed gratitude for Pritish Nandy’s unwavering support and wisdom. “Pritish, thank you for always having a kind word to say to me; thank you for always being gentle when giving me advice. Thank you for always being there during tough times. I will miss our chats. RIP,” he added.
