Rumours are swirling that Bollywood star Kartik Aaryan is set to reunite with producer Dinesh Vijan for a sequel to the 2019 hit Luka Chuppi.
Speculation gained traction after Aaryan was spotted visiting Maddock Films’ office, coinciding with Karan Johar being present at the same venue.
A source close to the development revealed to Bollywood Hungama, “Kartik Aaryan recently requested a meeting with Dinesh Vijan. During their discussion, Kartik expressed interest in the projects Maddock Films is working on. Dinoo shared details about his upcoming ventures, and Kartik showed enthusiasm for larger-scale projects, particularly as he aims to build on the momentum post-Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3.”
The insider further added, “Given the success of Luka Chuppi, they’ve also considered the possibility of a sequel. Both Dinesh Vijan and Kartik Aaryan are keen to collaborate again, potentially expanding the Luka Chuppi franchise. Kartik’s recent box office track record has shown how powerful the combination of a strong franchise and his star power can be.”
