Govinda’s son, Yashvardhan Ahuja, is set to make his Bollywood debut in 2025.
According to industry insiders, Ahuja will step into the Hindi film world with an upcoming love story helmed by National Award-winning director Sai Rajesh. The project is described as a unique romantic narrative. “This untitled film will mark the second generation of Govinda’s cinematic legacy. Yashvardhan auditioned for the role and secured it on merit. The film is directed by Sai Rajesh and produced by Madhu Mantena in collaboration with Allu Aravind and SKN Films,” a source told PinkVilla.
The makers are now searching for a female lead to star opposite Yashvardhan. Casting director Mukesh Chhabra is leading the nationwide hunt, which has already received over 14,000 audition submissions. “The team is eager to finalise the female lead soon, as production is scheduled to begin by summer 2025,” the source added.
