Shah Rukh Khan’s wife, Gauri Khan is reportedly facing an FIR registered under section 409 (criminal breach of trust) of the Indian Penal Code.
The complaint was made by Jaswant Shah, a Mumbai resident, who alleged that he company in which Khan was a brand ambassador, failed to give possession of a flat despite a charge.
