The Managing Director of T-Series, Bhushan Kumar, has had a FIR filed against him in relation to rape allegations.
Sources from the Mumbai Police confirmed the development to the media and said, “A case of rape under section 376 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). We are still investigating the matter,” said a senior police officer on condition of anonymity.
The case has been filed at Mumbai’s D N Nagar Police Station. So far, no arrests have been made, reports Box Office Worldwide.
The victim is a 30-year-old woman. Kumar is yet to reply to the claims.
