Anushka Sharma set to return to India for first time since son’s birth?

Anushka Sharma and her cricketer husband Virat Kohli have been living in London with their two children.

Though the couple hasn’t officially commented on it, reports suggest that they have moved their base from Mumbai to London.

Now, Anushka has announced that she will be visiting Mumbai soon. She shared the news on her Instagram story, accompanied by a video promoting a healthy snacking brand she endorses. The video discusses a contest offering a chance for lucky winners to meet Anushka in Mumbai at a major event for parents, hosted by Slurrp Farm, on September 4th, 2024.

Anushka has been away from India for several months and gave birth to her second child in London this February. Unlike their first pregnancy, Virat and Anushka remained tight-lipped about their second one, only announcing the news after the birth of their son, Akaay.

In a heartfelt social media post, Anushka and Virat shared the news of their baby boy’s arrival, saying, “With abundant happiness and our hearts full of love, we are pleased to inform everyone that on 15th February, we welcomed our baby boy Akaay, Vamika’s little brother, into this world. We seek your blessings and good wishes during this beautiful time in our lives. We kindly request that you respect our privacy. Love & Gratitude, Virat & Anushka.”
