Anil Kapoor has reportedly been roped in to play the father of Rakul Preet Singh in the upcoming film ‘De De Pyaar De 2’.
The film, which also stars Ajay Devgn, is expected to go on the floors in June. It is helmed by Anshul Sharma under Luv Ranjan’s production house.
A source told Mid-Day, “Moreover, the dynamics shared by Anil’s and Ajay’s characters is one of the highlights of the narrative,” says an industry insider. He adds, “They have never had this kind of face-off on screen before, which makes this project all the more interesting.”
