Alia Bhatt has become the only Indian origin actress to feature in the TIME 100 Most Influential List.
Bhatt, who has scored huge hits over the years including ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’, ‘Raazi’, ‘Highway’, ‘Dear Zindagi’, shared the list with global icons like Dua Lipa, Kylie Minogue, Elliot Page, Jeffry Wright.
Bhatt also received recognition for her work with Gal Gadot in Netflix action movie ‘Heart Of Stone’.
Director of the film Tom Harper described Bhatt as a “formidable talent” who is a “truly international star”. He added, “There is a grace to the way she goes about her work: focused, open to ideas, and willing to take creative risks. One of my favorite moments in the film came from an improvisation at the end of a take where she took the emotional thread and ran with it.”
